Pressing the r key should do the trick. Either that or go in and out of the patting zone
suggestions: make a new mode mlg mode get 420 pats

I Patted Peppino 222 Times!
I hit all the characters 100 times..
Google chromes just like that, I assure you that I didn’t put anything malicious in pat the peppino lol
are you sure i downloaded every version and it said it was suspious (i cant spell you can judge me)
Suggestions for more plushies:
now that a noise plush is happening we need an update where the noise plush is replaced with the real one
Why not have both?
